Our name as guiding principle
Common Ground is a farm anchored hospitality destination at the North Shore of Kauai built around a working farm, a place where people can fully immerse themselves in a way of living grounded in land, community, and shared purpose. The 60-acre campus is steeped in rich history with a regenerative agroforest, event spaces, support systems for local businesses, forthcoming restaurant, co-working and production facilities (launching late 2027).
Rooted in heritage, we honor culture, community, and place—stewarding a living food forest as a symbol of interdependence and regeneration. We source all food locally, create opportunities for our communities, and design immersive experiences that spark awe & curiosity. We cultivate connections that matter between people, place and possibility.
The campus thrives on a former sugar plantation and guava farm, nestled in an amphitheater of natural beauty. These stunning grounds provide the stage for us as a movement—a human-centered collective of conscious communities with a self-aware and sustainable relationship to the land.
Visiting Common Ground means becoming part of a community of people committed to learning about and immersing in place together, wherever in the world this place might be.
