Common Ground

Common Ground is a farm-first hospitality destination where people reconnect with the land and each other. Rooted in heritage, we honor culture, community, and place—stewarding a living food forest as a symbol of interdependence and regeneration. We source all food locally, create opportunities for our communities, and design immersive experiences that spark awe & curiosity and cultivate connections that matter between people, place and possibility.

Our Kaua’i campus is a 60 acres former guava plantation that is steeped in rich history. Always mindful of our impact we aim to be transformative instead of extractive.  From the way we grow food in a regenerative agroforest, to our community partnerships, investments in the local entrepreneur ecosystem, events that integrate culture and community and a restaurant committed to sourcing from local supply chains. We develop homesites, off-island partnerships and a membership program that reaches far beyond Kauai.

Common Ground Ensemble

Participants in the Common Ground Summit become part of the Common Ground Ensemble -a collective of changemakers. We create a safe space for difficult conversations and foster awe that becomes the gateway to a deeper sense of wonder and transformation.
