Common Ground Summit
North Shore, Kauai, November 20-22nd, 2024
An immersive gathering designed to change the way you approach connection to place: Join us for a 3-day regenerative leadership summit — featuring curated conversations, authentic experiences, ridiculously good food and meaningful relationships.

In Community with Place

“Building Common Ground to me is the genesis of a movement. It is well intentioned people coming together and creating the space for difficult conversations to occur about regenerating the Earth’s resources, regenerating the human spirit, regenerating connectivity to each other and I think that is what we are building.”
-Mike Kanazawa, Partner EY
Why we Gather

The Content
In 2024, the Common Ground Summit will focus on the power of “place”as a foundation to build a more positive future. Focusing on place not only as the physical locations, but also the foods, practices, histories, and people that brings them to life — challenges us to embrace a whole systems approach to regenerative change.
Stay tuned for 2024 Theme & Tracks announcement!

The Food
Prepare to indulge on a three day Island-to-Table culinary masterpiece. We source nearly all ingredients from local farms across Hawaii and gather a team of outstanding chefs, farmers, fishers, and producers to curate tremendous quality, unusually fresh & unique breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences.
“It’s my second year here and I felt the first year was epic and it couldn’t get any better, but the second year has just blown my mind exponentially. What I get from here is a recharge for another year.”
-Rebecca Sullivan, Warndu, Yale World Fellow

The Adventure
Join us 1 day before the Summit on Tuesday, November 19th for a curated adventure to the wondrous Hanalei Town.
Begin your exploration of ‘place’ and establish life long connections within our collective as we paddle up the Hanalei River and delight in fresh sashimi at the pier at sunset. Kaua’i is a window into our most beautiful & serene world.
The Experience
Mixology, tea blending, lei making, techniques of tropical food, Lau Lau and Imu prep, poi making, and tours of our food forest. Ride a horse carriage to Stone Dam and celebrate with a botanical libation. Celebrate the end of each day with live music and immersive experiences.
